How many time have you sent flowers to someone and they send you a photo of them? This has happened to me more than once, and while the recipient is usually happy/pleased to receive the flowers, they may not look like the photo that you chose online when ordering them. So, that is often disappointing. This is not the case with Brunswick Town Florist! They send a photo of the arrangement before delivering. Each time I've used them, the arrangement is exactly as shown in the choices. Great job, as usual!

Very happy with this service! At the last minute I remembered my daughter's birthday and called Brunswick Town Florist. The woman who answered the phone was cheerful and welcoming and best of all, the flowers of my choice were on the way to my daughter's house all before noon. My daughter emailed me to say that flowers arrived, they were beautiful and she was thrilled. She send me back a picture of the bouquet and I had to agree, the arrangement was perfect!

Flowers are great and the staff was amazing.
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Your gift will be delivered between 12pm and 4pm on the day of delivery, excluding holiday weeks.
If you'd like to choose a timed delivery or another time frame, please call the store. There will be an additional charge for timed deliveries.
When the driver arrives at the delivery address, they will knock/ring the doorbell a couple times until someone answers the door. If no one answers, the driver will try to call the recipient. If no one answers the phone, the driver is instructed to leave a voicemail and send a text message to the recipient alerting them they will have flowers on their front porch or in a safe location determined by the driver.
If the recipient alerts the driver that they are out of town and they are still there, the driver will bring the arrangement back to the shop. The recipient may pick up the arrangement or the sender, you, may pay for re-delivery if the recipient requests it. We will call to ask permission before moving forward.
